Solubility Practically insoluble in water. Insoluble in ethanol.

Uses:

1.Alkali agent; neutralizer; antagonist; antisticker; adsorbents. EEC is suitable for some cocoa products and is also used as dehydration agent for sugar refining. PH regulator of ice shock powder.

2.Nutrition enhancer can be used in milk powder, as magnesium source, dairy products, infant food, milk drinks and drinks.

3.GB 2760 / 2011 processing auxiliaries. It should generally be removed before the final product is made (except where there is a specified residue).

Packing and Storage:

· 25kg multiply paper bag with poly inner liner.

· Store in a well-closed bag at room temperature, protect from light, moisture andpest infestation.

· Shelf life--two years
